Shipping and Processing

Local Pickup

Local customers may choose local pickup for their online orders. You will recieve a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders will be processed same day Monday - Thursday 8am - 4: 30 PM and Friday 8am - 3:00 PM. Orders will not be processed Saturday and Sunday or major holidays.

US STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING

Allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer needs to file a USPS claim if packages are lost. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 

3 BUSINESS DAYS

You may upgrade to 3 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $15. Items placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed Monday through Thursday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

2 BUSINESS DAYS

You may upgrade to 2 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $25. Items placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed Monday through Thursday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

1 BUSINESS DAY

You may upgrade to 1 Day Shipping for a flat rate of $35. Items placed before 12pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed Monday through Thursday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, or UPS. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by UPS or USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $8.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days, you will receive store credit for your items.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Arizona within 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
